Target Information
Mouse IgG2b는 항원에 반응하여 B 세포에서 생성되는 면역글로불린 G 항체의 아형 중 하나입니다. 혈청 내에서 세 번째로 풍부한 IgG 아형으로, 적응 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있으며, 옵소닌화(opsonization), 보체 활성화, 항체 의존성 세포 매개 세포독성(ADCC) 등 다양한 면역 반응에 관여합니다. 또한 T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 활성 억제 등 면역 반응 조절에도 관여합니다. Mouse IgG2b는 ELISA, Western blot, 면역조직화학 등 연구 및 진단 응용뿐 아니라 면역치료제 및 백신 개발 연구에도 널리 사용됩니다.
