Mouse IgG2b는 항원에 반응하여 B 세포에서 생성되는 면역글로불린 G 항체의 아형 중 하나입니다. 혈청 내에서 세 번째로 풍부한 IgG 아형으로, 적응 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 두 개의 중쇄와 두 개의 경쇄로 구성되어 있으며, 옵소닌화, 보체 활성화, 항체 의존 세포 매개 세포독성(ADCC) 등에 관여합니다. 또한 T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 억제 등 면역 반응 조절에도 관여합니다.
연구 및 진단 응용(ELISA, Western blotting, Immunohistochemistry 등)뿐 아니라 면역치료 및 백신 개발과 같은 치료적 연구에도 널리 사용됩니다.
