Target Information
Mouse IgG3는 항원에 반응하여 B 세포에서 생성되는 면역글로불린 G의 아형입니다. 혈청 내 가장 적은 양으로 존재하며, 적응 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있으며, 옵소닌화, 보체 활성화, 항체 의존성 세포 매개 세포독성에 관여합니다. 또한 T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 억제 등 면역 반응 조절에도 역할을 합니다. 다른 IgG 아형보다 연구 및 진단 응용에서 덜 일반적이지만, ELISA 및 면역조직화학 등 일부 응용에 사용됩니다.
