For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
Catalyzes the citrullination/deimination of arginine residues in proteins.
- Citrullinates histone H3 at Arg-8 and/or Arg-17 and histone H4 at Arg-3, inhibiting methylation by CARM1 and HRMT1L2/PRMT1, thus repressing transcription.
- Citrullinates EP300/P300 at Arg-2142, enhancing interaction with NCOA2/GRIP1.
