Preparation:
Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Rat GRO-beta/MIP-2 (CXCL2). The anti-Rat GRO-beta/MIP-2 (CXCL2)-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and subsequently biotinylated.
Sandwich ELISA:
To detect Rat GRO-beta/MIP-2 by sandwich ELISA (100 µL/well antibody solution), use 0.25–1.0 µg/mL of this antibody. In conjunction with PeproTech Polyclonal Anti-Rat GRO-beta/MIP-2 (500-P75) as a capture antibody, it enables detection of at least 0.2–0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Rat GRO-beta/MIP-2.
Western Blot:
To detect Rat GRO-beta/MIP-2 by Western blot, use 0.1–0.2 µg/mL of this antibody. When used with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for Recombinant Rat GRO-beta/MIP-2 is 1.5–3.0 ng/lane under reducing or non-reducing conditions.

Target Information
Produced by activated monocytes and neutrophils and expressed at sites of inflammation. It is a hematoregulatory chemokine that suppresses hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation in vitro. GRO-beta(5–73) exhibits highly enhanced hematopoietic activity.
