Target Information
NEDD4L은 E3 유비퀴틴 단백질 리가아제로서, E2 유비퀴틴 결합 효소로부터 유비퀴틴을 전달받아 표적 단백질에 직접 전달합니다.
이 단백질은 SMAD2 및 TGFR1의 유비퀴틴화를 유도하여 TGF-β 신호전달을 억제하며, 다양한 막 단백질(ENaC, Nav1.x, Kv1.3 등)의 유비퀴틴화 및 내재화를 촉진합니다. 또한 SGK의 유비퀴틴화를 촉진하여 분해를 유도합니다.
