면역원은 인간 IRS-1의 E(301) S I T A T (pS) P A S M V G G K(315) 잔기 서열에 해당하는 합성 인산화 펩타이드이며, rat 및 mouse에서 100% 보존되어 있습니다.
해당 펩타이드(Cat. #PEP-184)는 중화 및 대조 실험용으로 사용 가능합니다.
Target Information
IRS-1은 인슐린 수용체의 주요 기질로, 인슐린, IGF-1, IL-4 자극 시 인산화됩니다.
IRS-1은 다양한 조직에서 serine, threonine, tyrosine 잔기에 인산화되며, casein kinase II가 일부 인슐린 자극 인산화를 매개합니다.
Rat IRS-1에서 Thr 502와 Ser 99가 주요 casein kinase II 인산화 부위로 확인되었습니다.
IRS-1은 14-3-3 결합 부위(Ser 270, Ser 374, Ser 641)를 포함하며, Ser 270 주변 모티프는 인슐린 수용체와의 결합에 관여하는 phosphotyrosine binding domain에 위치합니다.
