Target Information
IL18R1은 interleukin 1 receptor family에 속하는 사이토카인 수용체로, interleukin 18 (IL18)에 특이적으로 결합하며 IL18 신호전달에 필수적입니다. IFN-alpha와 IL12는 NK 및 T 세포에서 이 수용체의 발현을 유도하는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
이 유전자는 IL1R2, IL1R1, ILRL2 (IL-1Rrp2), IL1RL1 (T1/ST2) 등 다른 interleukin 1 receptor family 구성원들과 함께 염색체 2q에 위치한 유전자 클러스터를 형성합니다.
