Product Specific Information

This affinity-purified antibody is directed against C. elegans EGO-1 protein. A BLAST analysis suggests that no cross-reactivity should be expected against homologues from other sources.

Ego1 (also known as Enhancer of Glp-One (glp-1) family member (ego-1) and RNA-directed RNA polymerase related protein EGO-1) is a putative RNA-directed RNA polymerase involved in germ-line development and RNA interference.
