Product Specific Information
- Store vial at -20°C prior to opening.

This antibody is directed against human MLF1IP protein. BLAST analysis suggests cross-reactivity with MLF1IP proteins from human, dog, bovine, and chimpanzee (100% homology). Partial reactivity expected with rat and mouse homologues (90% homology). Reactivity with other species is unknown. Recognizes both phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated Thr78 forms.
Target Information
SERBP1 may play a role in regulating mRNA stability. It binds to the 3′-most 134 nt of the SERPINE1/PAI1 mRNA, a region conferring cyclic nucleotide regulation of message decay.
