Target Information
DUSP6은 dual specificity protein phosphatase 계열의 단백질로, phosphoserine/threonine과 phosphotyrosine 잔기를 탈인산화하여 표적 키나아제를 불활성화합니다. 이는 MAPK/ERK, SAPK/JNK, p38 등 세포 증식 및 분화와 관련된 MAP kinase 계열을 음성 조절합니다. DUSP6은 ERK2를 불활성화하며, 심장과 췌장에서 가장 높은 발현을 보입니다. 대부분의 다른 family 멤버와 달리 세포질에 위치하며, 두 가지 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
