Target Information
IGF1R (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 Receptor)는 IGF-1 및 IGF-2에 의해 활성화되는 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 다양한 암에서 발현이 보고되었습니다.
이 단백질은 두 개의 알파 및 두 개의 베타 서브유닛으로 구성된 테트라머 형태를 가지며, IGF-1에 더 높은 친화도로 결합합니다. 결합 후 자가 인산화(1134, 1135, 1136번 위치)가 일어나며, 이후 RAS, RAF, ERK, p38, JNK 경로를 활성화시켜 세포 증식 관련 유전자 발현을 유도합니다.
