Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
The Ras gene family encodes small GTP-binding proteins involved in signal transduction. These proteins cycle between GTP- and GDP-bound states and possess intrinsic GTPase activity. Ras proteins regulate membrane localization through palmitoylation cycles.
Mutations in Ras genes are associated with Costello syndrome and various cancers, including bladder, thyroid, and oral squamous cell carcinoma. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
