Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
LRP6 is essential for the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, acting as a co-receptor with Frizzled for Wnt. It is a specific, high-affinity receptor for DKK1 and DKK2, but not DKK3. The interaction with DKK1 blocks LRP6-mediated Wnt/β-catenin signaling through LRP6 removal via Kremen protein-mediated endocytosis.
