For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

PD-1 (Programmed cell death protein 1, also known as PDCD-1) is a receptor expressed on activated T cells that mediates inhibitory immune signals upon binding to its ligands, PDL-1 and PDL-2.
This interaction helps regulate immune responses and prevent autoimmunity. In PD-1 deficient mice, hyperactivated immune systems and autoimmune symptoms are observed.
Despite its predicted molecular weight, PD-1 often migrates at a higher molecular weight in SDS-PAGE.
