Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CD50 (intracellular adhesion molecule 3, ICAM-3) is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed by leukocytes. It acts as a counter-receptor for the LFA-1 integrin, mediating interactions between T cells and antigen-presenting cells. ICAM-3 regulates LFA-1 affinity for ICAM-1, promoting T cell activation and proliferation. It plays a key role in initiating immune responses and interacts with CD209 (DC-SIGN), facilitating communication between dendritic cells and granulocytes.
