Target Information
CSF3R is the receptor for colony stimulating factor 3 (G-CSF), a cytokine regulating granulocyte production, differentiation, and function. This receptor belongs to the cytokine receptor family and may also participate in cell surface adhesion or recognition processes. Four transcript variants encode different isoforms: three membrane-bound and one secreted soluble form.
