Target Information
Cyclin D3는 세포 주기 조절에 관여하는 고도로 보존된 사이클린 패밀리에 속하는 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 CDK4 또는 CDK6과 결합하여 G1/S 전환에 필수적인 조절 서브유닛으로 작용합니다. 또한 종양 억제 단백질 Rb의 인산화에 관여하며, UV 조사 후 G2 단계에서 유사분열로의 진행에도 필요한 것으로 보고되었습니다. CCND3 유전자는 Retinoblastoma 및 Plasma Cell Leukemia와 관련되어 있습니다.
