CDK1 (Cell Division Control protein 1)은 세포주기 조절에 필수적인 단백질로, 유사분열 개시를 유도하는 M-Phase Promoting Factor의 촉매 서브유닛입니다.
Bcl-2의 G2/M기 인산화는 CDK1 매개 신호에 의해 조절되며, 세포사멸의 지연과 관련이 있습니다.
또한 CDK 억제제 NU2058은 안드로겐 비의존성 전립선암에서 치료 잠재력을 보인 바 있습니다.
