This antibody shows 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-17E and no cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-17, IL-17B, IL-17C, or IL-17F.
Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
Interleukin 25 (IL-25) is a member of the IL-17 family and acts as a proinflammatory cytokine produced by Th17 effector cells. It contributes to autoimmune processes in diseases such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, activates NF-kappa-B, and stimulates IL-8 production. IL-25 activity is influenced by IL-23, IL-5, and TGF-beta.
