Description:
TS2/16 단클론 항체는 인간 CD29(Integrin beta 1)을 인식합니다. CD29는 약 130 kDa의 단일 통과형 막단백질로, 여러 integrin α 서브유닛과 결합하여 VLA(Very Late Antigen) 부류의 부착 분자를 형성합니다. 이 단백질은 세포 간 및 세포-기질 부착에 관여하며, 림프구 및 단핵구에 널리 발현됩니다. TS2/16 항체는 β1 integrin 활성화 기능을 가집니다.
Applications Reported: Flow Cytometry 분석에 사용 보고됨.
Applications Tested: 정상 인간 말초혈액세포를 이용한 Flow Cytometry에서 사전 적정 및 검증 완료.

ITGB1 (Integrin Subunit Beta 1, CD29):
ITGB1은 약 110 kDa의 세포 표면 당단백질로, 다양한 세포(특히 백혈구)에서 발현됩니다. 최소 6종의 α 사슬과 비공유 결합하여 β1(VLA) integrin을 형성하며, 세포 부착 및 이동에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
ITGB1 발현 감소는 항암제 내성과 관련되며, 염증성 장질환, 면역세포 이동, 조직 손상 조절 등 다양한 생리·병리 과정에 관여합니다.
성체 조직에서 β1A와 β1D 두 주요 isoform이 존재하며, β1A는 대부분의 조직에서, β1D는 심장 및 골격근에서 주로 발현됩니다.
