Product Specific Information

The 24DMS1 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD39 (NTPDaseI). E-NTPDases convert nucleoside tri- and diphosphates (NTDPs) into nucleoside monophosphates (NMPs), removing toxic extracellular ATP and ADP. CD39 plays a key role in inflammation suppression and platelet activation control. It is expressed on B cells, Langerhans cells, monocytes, and a subset of CD4⁺ T cells (mainly CD25⁺FoxP3⁺ Treg cells). Treg cells from CD39-deficient mice show impaired suppressive function.

• Applications Tested: Tested on mouse splenocytes at ≤0.5 µg/test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test). Optimal titration recommended.
• Fluorochrome: PerCP-eFluor® 710 (emission 710 nm, excitation 488 nm, blue laser). Recommended filter: 710/50 bandpass (alternative: 695/40).
• Fixation: Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product #00-8222-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product #00-5333-54) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark.
• Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.

Target Information

CD39 is a 70–100 kDa cell surface antigen expressed on peripheral blood B cells, monocytes, T cell clones, and weakly on granulocytes. It exhibits ecto-ATPase activity and is upregulated on T and B cells upon activation.
