• 본 항체는 Salmonellae O-serogroup A, B, C1, C2, D, E1, E3, E4, F, G1, G2의 공통 LPS 코어에 특이적입니다.
• E. coli (mix), Klebsiella, Citrobacter, Pseudomonas, Yersinia, Shigella, Proteus, Legionella와 교차 반응하지 않습니다.
• 순도는 >90%입니다.
• ELISA 권장 페어: MA5-18258 (capture) 및 MA5-18259 또는 MA5-18260 (conjugated, detection).

Target Information

Salmonella 속은 Enterobacteriaceae과에 속하는 그람 음성 간균으로, 통성 혐기성이고 편모(flagella)를 가진 운동성 세균입니다.
Salmonella는 3가지 주요 표면 항원을 가집니다:

1. H (flagellar) antigen – phase 1 및 2
2. O (somatic) antigen – LPS의 일부
3. Vi (capsular) antigen – 다른 Enterobacteriaceae에서는 K antigen으로 불림

Salmonella는 그람 음성균 특유의 LPS endotoxin을 가지며, 이는 O polysaccharide (O antigen), R core, 그리고 내독소성 Lipid A로 구성됩니다.
Endotoxin은 발열을 유발하고 complement, kinin, clotting factor를 활성화할 수 있습니다.
