1 µg/mL of MA5-45305 was sufficient for detection of EndoPDI in 20 µg of heat-shocked HeLa cell lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. Detects approximately 48 kDa.
Target Information
TXNDC5 encodes a protein-disulfide isomerase whose expression is induced by hypoxia. It may protect hypoxic cells from apoptosis. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
