Target Information

Cytokines that signal through Class II receptors form a distinct family that includes interferons and interleukin 10 (IL-10). Several IL-10 homologs, including AK155, IL-19, IL-20, IL-22, and IL-24, define a cytokine subfamily. IL-20, a member of the IL-10 family, is involved in skin inflammation and hematopoietic cell development. These cytokines exhibit pro-inflammatory activity in various tissues, including the skin.
