Product Specific Information

The OX-86 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD134 (OX40), a 50 kDa type I membrane glycoprotein belonging to the TNF receptor superfamily. It is expressed on activated mouse T lymphocytes, including both CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells. The CD134–CD252 (OX40 ligand) interaction is involved in T cell-dependent humoral responses, regulation of T cell expansion, survival, memory T cell pool size, and immune tolerance.
