For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD27 is a 50 kDa member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily, which includes CD40 and CD30. These receptors regulate cell proliferation and death.
CD27 and its ligand CD70 are mainly expressed in lymphocytes. CD27 is a disulfide-linked homodimer present on mature thymocytes, peripheral T cells, and a subset of B cells.
Activation of T cells via the TCR-CD3 complex increases CD27 expression and releases soluble CD27 (sCD27), detectable in plasma, urine, or spinal fluid. sCD27 serves as a prognostic marker for B cell malignancies.
CD27 dysfunction is associated with Lymphoproliferative Syndrome 2 and Autosomal Recessive Lymphoproliferative Syndrome.
