Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. Antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
PDPK1 (3-Phosphoinositide Dependent Protein Kinase 1) phosphorylates AGC kinases and activates PKC isoforms through phosphorylation of critical threonine residues. It also phosphorylates Akt (PKB) at threonine 308, leading to downstream activation of glycogen synthase and glycogen synthesis.
Given its role in insulin-induced glycogen synthesis and PKC activation, PDPK1 is an important target in metabolic drug research.
