Phospho-EZH2 (Thr369) Antibody detects endogenous levels of EZH2 only when phosphorylated at T369.
Target Information
EZH2 (Histone-lysine N-methyltransferase) is a member of the Polycomb-group (PcG) family. PcG proteins form multimeric complexes involved in maintaining transcriptional repression across cell generations. EZH2 associates with proteins such as embryonic ectoderm development protein, VAV1 oncoprotein, and X-linked nuclear protein. It plays a role in hematopoietic and central nervous systems. Mutations in EZH2 can cause Weaver syndrome (WVS).
