Target Information
Rkhd1 (또는 TINO, MEX3D로도 알려짐)은 두 개의 KH 도메인과 C-말단 RING finger 모듈을 가진 MEX3 단백질 패밀리의 구성원입니다.
이 단백질들은 RNA 결합 단백질로서 CRM1 경로를 통해 핵과 세포질 사이를 이동하며, 전사 후 조절 메커니즘에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
Rkhd1은 Bcl-2 mRNA의 3’ UTR의 AU-rich element에 결합하여 Bcl-2 발현의 음성 조절자로 작용합니다.
Rkhd3 및 Rkhd4는 hDcp1a decapping factor와 Argonaute 단백질과 함께 P-body에 공존하지만, Rkhd1은 그렇지 않습니다.
