Target Information
Mouse IgG2a는 B세포가 항원에 반응하여 생성하는 면역글로불린 G의 아형 중 하나입니다. 혈청 내 두 번째로 풍부한 IgG 아형으로, 적응 면역반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
두 개의 중쇄와 두 개의 경쇄로 구성되어 있으며, 옵소닌화, 보체 활성화, 항체 의존성 세포매개 세포독성(ADCC)에 관여합니다. 또한 T세포 활성화 및 B세포 억제 조절에도 관여합니다.
Mouse IgG2a는 ELISA, Western blot, 면역조직화학 등 연구 및 진단 응용에 널리 사용되며, 면역치료 및 백신 개발에도 활용됩니다.
