MA1-20083은 인간 샘플에서 플라스미노겐(plasminogen)을 검출합니다.
Target Information
Plasminogen은 주로 간에서 합성되는 혈장 단백질로, 단일 폴리펩타이드 사슬로 구성되며 분자량은 약 88.5 kDa입니다. 혈장 내 농도는 일반적으로 70–200 mg/L 범위입니다.
Plasminogen은 tissue-plasminogen activator, urokinase, streptokinase 등에 의해 활성화되어 plasmin으로 전환됩니다. 활성화 과정에서 preactivation peptide가 절단 및 방출됩니다.
Plasmin은 5개의 kringle을 포함하는 무거운 A-사슬과 활성 부위를 가진 가벼운 B-사슬로 구성되어 있으며, fibrin을 기질로 하는 trypsin 유사 프로테아제입니다. Fibrin 결합 부위는 kringle 영역에 존재합니다.
Plasmin은 섬유소 용해(fibrinolysis)에 필수적이며, plasmin의 선천적 결함으로 인한 섬유소 용해 능 저하는 반복적인 혈전증, 혈전정맥염, 폐색전증 등을 유발할 수 있습니다.
