Target Information
CD82는 전이 억제 유전자로 알려진 막당단백질로, transmembrane 4 superfamily에 속합니다. 이 유전자의 발현은 인간 암의 진행 과정에서 감소하며, p53의 결합 서열을 통해 활성화될 수 있습니다. CD82와 p53의 발현은 강한 상관관계를 가지며, 두 단백질의 발현 소실은 전립선암 환자의 생존율 저하와 관련이 있습니다.
