Product Specific Information
This antibody detects endogenous levels of TIF1 alpha only when phosphorylated at Ser649.
Target Information
RRN3 is required for efficient transcription initiation by RNA polymerase I and for formation of the competent preinitiation complex (PIC). It dissociates from RNA polymerase I as transcription proceeds and cannot activate transcription in subsequent reactions in vitro.
