Corning® BioCoat™ Poly-D-Lysine Plates
Poly-D-Lysine (PDL)과 Poly-L-Lysine (PLL)은 배양 기질의 표면 전하를 변화시켜 세포 부착 및 단백질 흡착을 향상시키는 합성 화합물입니다. 이러한 표면 처리는 세포 부착을 촉진할 뿐만 아니라 신경돌기(neurite) 성장과 중추신경계(CNS) 유래 1차 세포의 생존율을 향상시킵니다.
PDL 및 PLL은 합성 분자로서, 배양 세포에 생물학적 활성을 유도하지 않으며 천연 고분자에서 유입될 수 있는 불순물을 포함하지 않습니다.
