• Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW).
• The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
• For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
• Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

LRRC26 protein was initially identified as a cytokeratin-associated protein with elevated expression in multiple cancer cell lines and specimens, as well as in normal prostate and salivary gland tissues.
It negatively regulates NF-kappaB activation and suppresses tumor growth and metastasis.
LRRC26 can also selectively alter the efficacy of large conductance calcium-activated K (BK) channels.
