• Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW).
• The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
• For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
• Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

HCN3 is a member of the hyperpolarization-activated and cyclic-nucleotide-gated (HCN) channel family. HCN currents are associated with pacemaker activity in the heart and brain, control of resting potential, and neuronal plasticity. HCN3 is expressed in the brain, though at lower levels than other HCN channels.
