This antibody detects endogenous levels of CDCP1 only when phosphorylated at Tyr806.

Target Information

CDCP1 is a transmembrane protein containing three extracellular CUB domains. It is overexpressed in colon and lung cancers, and its expression correlates with metastatic potential in carcinoma cells. CDCP1 is localized on the cell surface and is tyrosine phosphorylated in certain cancer cell lines. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
