Reconstitution:
Dissolve the protein in sterile double-distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/mL or lower. It is recommended to aliquot and use as soon as possible. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
Programmed death receptor ligand 1 (PD-L1, also called B7-H1) is a B7 family member that binds to programmed death receptor 1 (PD-1), negatively regulating T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling. PD-L1 engagement decreases TCR-mediated proliferation and cytokine production. PD-L1 expression is abundant in many murine and human cancers and can be up-regulated upon IFN-gamma stimulation, suggesting an important role in tumor immune evasion.
