Target Information
Anthrax toxin은 Bacillus anthracis에 의해 분비되는 세 가지 단백질로 구성된 외독소입니다. 이 독소는 보호항원(Protective Antigen, PA), 부종인자(Edema Factor, EF), 치사인자(Lethal Factor, LF)로 구성되어 있으며, 세포 내로 흡수된 후 세포질로 이동하여 면역세포의 신호 전달 및 이동을 방해합니다. 또한 대식세포에서 세포 용해를 유도할 수 있습니다. 이 독소는 박테리아가 숙주의 면역계를 회피하고 증식하며 숙주를 사멸시키는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다.
