Invitrogen™ LentiArray™ Human Transcription Factor CRISPR Library
The award-winning Invitrogen™ LentiArray™ Human Transcription Factor Library targets 1,817 genes with up to 4 gRNA per gene target (pooled in a single well) for a total of 7,268 gRNAs.
Libraries are delivered as 100 μL of ready-to-use lentiviral particles per gene target with an average titer of 1×10⁸ TU/mL (functional titer determined by antibiotic resistance).

Transcription factors are key regulators of gene expression.
The gene targets within this library were selected using the most up-to-date genome databases, including NCBI RefSeq, and cross-referenced to the Gene Ontology Consortium (GO) and HUGO Gene Nomenclature Committee (HGNC).

LentiArray CRISPR libraries are constructed using gRNA designs produced via Thermo Fisher Scientific’s proprietary CRISPR gRNA design algorithm.
This algorithm integrates the latest research and in-house experience to ensure:
- Maximal editing efficiency and specificity
- Knockout of all known isoforms of each target gene
- Up to four high-quality gRNAs per gene for robust knockout performance across cell types
Design and Execute Experiments Without Limitations
The LentiArray CRISPR libraries feature a two-vector design, expressing Cas9 nuclease and gRNA from separate lentiviral constructs, giving full control over delivery timing and method.
- Cas9 Lentivirus Construct: Expresses human, codon-optimized Cas9 nuclease with a blasticidin-resistance gene under the EF-1α (EFS) promoter.
- Users can co-infect with both Cas9 and gRNA lentiviruses or use Cas9 alone to establish a stable Cas9-expressing cell line.
- No fluorescent markers in gRNA lentiviruses, allowing flexibility for multiplexed experiments.
- Puromycin resistance gene enables enrichment of edited cells for stronger phenotypes.
