Invitrogen™ LentiArray™ Human Membrane Trafficking CRISPR Library

The award-winning Invitrogen™ LentiArray™ Human Membrane Trafficking Library targets 141 genes with up to 4 gRNA per gene target (pooled in a single well) for a total of 564 gRNAs.
Libraries are delivered as 100 μL of ready-to-use lentiviral particles per gene target with an average titer of 1×10⁸ TU/mL (functional titer determined by antibiotic resistance).

Design and Experimental Flexibility

LentiArray CRISPR libraries employ a two-vector design, expressing Cas9 nuclease and gRNA from separate lentiviral constructs.
This allows researchers to control the timing and method of genome editing tool delivery.

• Cas9 Lentivirus Construct: Human codon-optimized Cas9 nuclease with a blasticidin-resistance gene under the EF-1α (EFS) promoter.
• Option to co-infect cells with both gRNA and Cas9 lentiviruses or to establish a stable Cas9-expressing cell line.
• gRNA lentiviruses exclude fluorescent markers, allowing use of any reporter wavelength and enabling multiplexed experiments.
• Puromycin resistance gene included for enriching edited cell populations and enhancing phenotype strength.
