Product Specific Information

These polyclonal antibodies are of rabbit origin, developed by immunizing animals with specific proteins or peptides. The polyclonal antibody is purified by affinity chromatography from rabbit sera after immunization. The purified antibody is tested for functionality in relevant research applications.
This antibody is developed for Research Use Only and is non-hazardous and non-infectious in nature.
Predicted to react with Monkey, Horse, and Pig.

Target Information

IKK gamma is the regulatory subunit of the inhibitor of the kappaB kinase (IKK) complex, which activates NF-kappaB, leading to the expression of genes involved in inflammation, immunity, cell survival, and other pathways.
Mutations in this gene are associated with incontinentia pigmenti, hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia, and several immunodeficiencies. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified, and a pseudogene highly similar to this locus is located nearby on the X chromosome.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
