Target Information

Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of specified targets. Secondary antibodies enhance versatility by allowing use with various detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and increase sensitivity through signal amplification. Typically, these antibodies are generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
