C5AR2 (GPR77)는 anaphylatoxin receptor family에 속하는 orphan G-protein-coupled receptor입니다.
이 수용체는 N-말단 N-glycosylation site, 여러 보존된 cysteine 잔기, 그리고 잠재적인 C-말단 phosphorylation site를 포함합니다.
C5a 및 C5a-des-Arg에 결합하며, C5aR 매개 염증을 음성 조절하는 scavenger receptor로 작용합니다.
Northern blot 분석 결과, neutrophils, macrophages, mast cells, dendritic cells, brain, lung, heart, kidney, liver, ovary, testis 등 다양한 조직에서 C5aR과 함께 발현됩니다.
