Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
ZNF217 binds to the promoters of target genes and functions as a transcriptional repressor. It promotes cell proliferation and antagonizes cell death. Also promotes phosphorylation of AKT1 at Ser-473.
