This antibody is predicted to react with Monkey, Bovine, and Sheep.

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned, and individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information

FXR1 is an RNA-binding protein that interacts with FMR1 and FXR2. It may regulate intracellular transport and local translation of certain mRNAs. These proteins shuttle between the nucleus and cytoplasm and associate with polyribosomes, mainly with the 60S ribosomal subunit. FXR1 is essential for embryonic and postnatal muscle development. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
