Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
Arylsulfatase F (ARSF) is a 590-amino acid secretory protein belonging to the sulfatase family involved in bone and cartilage matrix maintenance. It uses calcium as a cofactor and is not inhibited by warfarin. The ARSF gene is located on human chromosome X, which plays a key role in sex determination.
Abnormalities in sex chromosome number or structure are associated with conditions such as Turner’s syndrome, color blindness, hemophilia, and Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
