For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

TRPM4 is a calcium-activated, non-selective cation channel that mediates membrane depolarization. Activated by increased intracellular Ca²⁺ but impermeable to it, it transports monovalent cations (Na⁺, K⁺, Cs⁺, Li⁺), contributing to electrical activity regulation in cardiomyocytes, neurons, endocrine pancreas cells, kidney epithelial cells, and cochlear hair cells.
It participates in T-cell activation via Ca²⁺ oscillation modulation, influences insulin secretion, and affects Th1/Th2 cell motility and cytokine production through calcium signaling and NFATC1 localization. TRPM4 also enhances cell proliferation by upregulating the β-catenin signaling pathway.
