Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
USP13 is a deubiquitinase involved in deubiquitination of target proteins such as BECN1, MITF, SKP2, and USP10.
It plays key roles in autophagy and ER-associated degradation (ERAD).
USP13 regulates p53/TP53 stability through interaction with USP10 and PIK3C3/VPS34-containing complexes.
It also mediates stabilization of SIAH2 independently of deubiquitinase activity and preferentially cleaves Lys-63-linked polyubiquitin chains.
